大家好:
小弟獻醜一下.介紹一下偶的歐吉桑理專叔叔.
他約50年次.現在任職於某老行庫新莊地區的分行.
進入銀行約25年...(可以退休了)..他由工讀生幹起..所以年資蠻久的.
最高學歷:高職>專科>夜大>EMBA去年畢業(碩士級).
職稱:理財業務襄理.幹理財業務約4年了
常說的幾句理財名言:
1.要看理財美女不用被騙佰萬.只要花20000元.我帶您去大富豪抱美眉.要投資
賺錢.就要找我歐吉桑...(粉有自信.小弟偶就信這套)
2.業績干我屁事.人客賺錢才重要.業績不好要我滾蛋..可以!!550萬拿來.
(他可以退休了.因此不屑上層壓力)
3.滿紙績效皆為空.穫利入袋方為財(他採雙十策略)
4.他本身也粉有錢.股市.債市.及基金都有投資.他自己的績效蠻棒的.因採
雙十策略..他的績效很少超過20%..但都入袋為安..(他有給小弟看他的績效.
真的粉有錢.績效也粉棒.大概有500萬左右投入市場.每年平均獲利20%)
5.賺您手續費是應該的.但要讓您花的爽.賺的更爽..(真的讓小弟賺的粉爽)

我手頭上的錢不多,幾拾來萬而已,所以沒有辦法享受到理專型的待遇,通常只有自己努力點作功課
之前看過別的文章,好像只有安泰的vip級門檻最低,只要有壹佰萬就可以享受,只是不知道理財的功力強不強倒是了,畢竟這一行的陣亡率太高了,理專的話也不能盡聽,重點還是得靠自己過慮比較資訊

這觀念應該不對吧
理財
是管理財富
不是賭博
所以
我覺得
應該要分享的是
專員有沒有揭露風險費用與報酬
這才是好理專

您好:
偶的理專叔叔.並不素一個衝!衝!衝!的理專.
他懂外匯.放款.授信.保險.....族繁不及備載.包括天文地理..人情世故.
小弟的保單不素跟他買的..是他替偶介紹.(他叫業務退佣金還偶.服務還素他作).
保費也不用小弟花一毛錢.(投資收益來繳還有剩).
他粉多大戶.所以並不介意小弟的手收(與他的千萬大戶比.小弟的手續費.可算素鼻屎.)人很熱情.但蠻草莽的.(說話很直接.有點粗!黃!).
主要是他在市場也存活粉久.市場的起伏也看的很多.操作起來比較平穩.
不會給客戶感到壓力很重.
還有他很有自信.開玩笑的說.別的理專三天兩頭的被換.除非他主動退休.
上面別想叫他滾蛋(因為老闆要花550萬).所以客戶都很放心的將資產交給他
管理.

人雖鄉土及豪爽但素卻粉低調(怕被張x銘綁架).好野人都怕死.偶也素^_^
平常都在外面與客戶哈啦..要見他要約時間..
聽他的同業說在當地蠻有名的.新莊在地的投資同好.可能很多素他的客戶.
